We will turn your Venison and/or Wild Game into any of our Fresh or Smoked Sausage, Snack Sticks, Jerky, or Summer Sausage. We have a wide variety of flavors to choose from that are listed under the ‘FLAVORS’ tab which we can and will alter to your liking. We are NOT seasonal and will process your game meat at any time of the year.

Because we work in single batches and only 1 customers order at a time it allows us to alter any of our spice recipes to your liking. Our standard Ratio is 50/50 Wild Game to USDA Meats but can be altered to your preference.

Custom Flavors and Spice Requests are always welcome and limited only to the imagination.
