We offer a Pre-Cooked version of all our fresh bratwurst and sausage.
- We Poach our sausage to 156 degrees, then quickly chill so they are ready for your grill or fry pan.
- After our Pre-Cooking process they can be left fresh, chilled, or frozen.
- We can package them in various sizes. Anywhere from single serving to a size that will work for your gathering. Party Packs can be specified by number of links or net weight.
