General Information:
Standard ratio is 50/50. Ratios above 50% and up to 80% add $0.50/lb
ALL game MUST be tagged and registered. Registration number needs to accompany the meat at the time of drop off
Trim must be clean, ready for processing, and not spoiled or freezer burnt. Additional Charges may apply if we feel that the meat needs additional cleaning prior to processing in order to maintain the highest quality. If additional cleaning is necessary it will be charged at the rate of $15/lb for the difference between the ‘Dropped Off Weight’ to ‘Cleaned Weight’. Please follow safe food handling practices with your meat.
Unless requested we mix your wild game at a ratio of 50/50 with our USDA meats so what you bring in will be doubled 'Green Weight' (pre-processed weight)
6 lbs minimum per flavor or product. We will mix 6 lbs of your wild game scraps to 6 lbs of our Hand Trimmed Pork or beef to make any of our flavors or products.
Prices are based on FINISHED WEIGHT
Smoking and Drying under normal conditions can reduce weight by as much as 10%-50% depending on the product.
