Our Potato Sausage is loaded with potatoes and onions and needs to stay refrigerated until cooked.

Baking:

  • Place in a pan and into a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour turning once at about 30 minutes.

Pan Frying:

  • Place into a pre-heated fry pan with a few Tbsp. of both water and oil. Turn periodically until browned on all sides and serve.

Grilling:

  • Place thawed, raw Potato Sausage into a pre-heated grill over medium heat and cook until browned and internal temperature reaches 156 degrees.
